Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 5 May 2015 that after a return of shares lent out by Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway), the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj held by Norges Bank has exceeded 5% of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on 4 May 2015.
With reference to Chapter 9, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 4 May 2015 the shareholding of Norges Bank is as follows:
