Beijer Electronics' Annual Report 2014

Industrial automation product launches and a new data communication growth plan
was the focus of the company during the past year. More information about this
is available in Beijer Electronics' 2014 Annual Report, published today in
English on the company’s website, www.beijerelectronics.se.
The group strengthened its global high-tech profile including the launches of
specialized operator panels certified for extreme and marine operating
environments, attracting significant interest internationally.

To further strengthen the global core business, Beijer Electronics divested its
US Vehicle Division. Instead the group chose to invest further in Westermo and
Korenix in the IDC business area (industrial data communication). The initiative
involves both increased product development and strengthening of the sales
organization.

Group sales increased overall in 2014, and profit before and after adjustment
for non-recurring items improved. A good cash flow from operations and a
continued focus on reducing working capital also meant that the group´s
financial position improved, with a significantly stronger equity ratio and
lower net debt.

In her comments on the year, Acting President and CEO Anna Belfrage emphasizes
the Beijer Electronics high-tech profile that will shape the strategic direction
in the coming years:
”The group allocates significant resources to in-house development of high-tech
solutions that are sold globally, with more than 80% of group sales derived from
such products in 2014.”

The Annual Report is available on the company’s website in English and Swedish.
