Stealth Mark Reports Successful Exhibition at HIMSS15

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., May 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wellness Center USA, Inc. (OTCQB:WCUI), today announced the successful introduction of StealthMark™ technology at the 2015 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition (HIMSS15) at the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, which took place on April 13th through April 15th.

The HIMSS Annual Conference & Exhibition, which every year showcases the newest technologies, trends, and solutions in health IT, was the perfect venue to exhibit the StealthMark™ microparticle technology which is aimed at preventing the distribution of counterfeit drugs around the world. In addition, StealthMark™ technology may be part of the solution to minimize diversion at certain points within the supply chain.

Stealth Mark drew strong interest from several global industry leaders present at HIMSS15, who agreed that the need to combat the exploding threat of counterfeit medications and diversion has never been greater. "HIMSS15 was successful for many MATTER members who participated in the conference. Stealth Mark has a technology that addresses gaps in the pharmaceutical industry and we're looking forward to seeing how they grow following this conference," stated Steven Collens, CEO of MATTER.

"The distribution of counterfeit drugs has already reached extremely alarming rates and the current solutions to the problem are simply not protecting unsuspecting consumers from acquiring these fake and dangerous medications," stated Dr. Jay Joshi, the chief medical officer for Wellness Center USA, Inc. "With Stealth Mark, we are able to provide a robust solution that allows consumers and others within the supply chain to verify the authenticity of their medications. Our goal is that StealthMark™ technology will result in a reduction of patients ingesting harmful counterfeit medications and will play a role in reducing diversion," Joshi added.

"We are delighted with the interest generated at HIMSS15, as it validates the need for our advanced microparticle technology on a global scale. Our product's flexibility and diversity lands well in the vast international supply chain. We are actively working with large corporate firms whose products are found everywhere in the global marketplace and are affected by the extensive damage done by counterfeiting and diversion. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in a leading role in providing advanced brand protection to our clients" stated Rick Howard, CEO of StealthCo, Inc (dba Stealth Mark).

Stealth Mark is a global product authentication solutions provider that offers the most advanced product security technologies available today within the security and supply chain management vertical sectors. Stealth Mark solutions are based upon encrypted microparticle technology, proprietary software, state-of-the-art printing technologies, and a reader/scanner that can be used with iPhone and other smartphones. The reader/scanner, working in conjunction with the StealthFire™ software, authenticates the StealthMark™ microparticle mark and captures the unique ID, GPS validated location, and QR code. This software suite equips users with critical authentication information and real time track-and-trace capabilities throughout the supply chain.
