Aerojet Rocketdyne Completes Delivery of 200th THAAD Booster Motor and DACS Unit


SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aerojet Rocketdyne (NYSE:AJRD) announced today that it has completed the delivery of its 200th booster motor and Divert and Attitude Control System (DACS) for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system.

Aerojet Rocketdyne delivered the 200th booster motor in November 2014, and delivered the 200th DACS unit in January 2015. Both products were completed ahead of contractual requirements, demonstrating Aerojet Rocketdyne's ability to execute to production demands.
