INFORMATION REGARDING A CLAIM FOR CORRECTION IN THE PURCHASE DECISION MADE BY THE CITY OF HELSINKI

QPR Software Plc has today been informed that its rival has, within the set deadline, delivered a claim for correction to the technical service board of the City of Helsinki, regarding a contract award decision. In April 2015, the City of Helsinki decided to approve QPR Software´s offer for delivering process and enterprise architecture tool as a service. The City expects to process the claim for correction in the technical service board on 11 June 2015.

QPR Software Plc announced the City of Helsinki's decision in a stock exchange release on 22 April, 2015. In the stock exchange release, the company informed that  the purchase agreement will be confirmed and signed between the parties later, not earlier than 21 days after all the providers have been notified of the decision and the appeal instructions.
