via shares its Voting Rights on Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, München,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 04,
2015 and on that day amounted to 5.03% (this corresponds to 44310790 Voting
Rights).
2.26% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 19867499 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
0.02% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 136163 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
3.06% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 26942992 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).
