AS Merko Ehitus has launched the development of an apartment building in the Kalamaja district of Tallinn, at Jahu 1A. The building is scheduled for completion by summer 2016.
The five-storey apartment building at Jahu 1A with distinctive architecture (www.merko.ee/jahu1a) was designed by Alice Laanemägi. The terraces on the ground and loft level enhance the value of the building. A gazebo, playground and recreational area are situated in the yard. Parking spaces are planned for the courtyard and the building’s belowground level.
The 37 units in the elevator-equipped energy class B building have hydronic floor heating and heat returning ventilation systems. The price per square metre of the apartments at Jahu 1A ranges from 2,400 to 3,000 euros.
The gross area of the apartment building is approximately 5,000 square metres and the total value of the development project is approximately EUR 5.2 million.
