Hill International to Provide Project Management Services for NH Hotel Group Properties in Germany


PHILADELPHIA and MADRID, Spain, May 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has received a contract from NH Hotel Group to provide project management and project management office (PMO) services in support of its asset repositioning plan within its business unit in Central Europe. The initial program includes the provisions of services, varying in scope, for seven hotels in Germany. The scheduled execution time is 14 months.

Between 2014 and 2016 NH Hotel Group is investing €220 million ($247 million) for rehabilitation of hotels that hold the greatest potential for improvement and remained in the average price category. Seventy three percent of the investment is being used for the repositioning of hotels with the ultimate goal of converting them into the NH Collection brand.
