SPRINGFIELD, Mo., May 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Mueller Company (OTC:MUEL) announced today, during its annual meeting, the retirement of Mel Volmert from the Board of Directors. Mr. Volmert had served on the Board since 2001.
“I have enjoyed my time on the Board with Mel and appreciated his expertise on the audit committee. Mel was instrumental in recruiting Curtis Dinan to continue his work,” said John Ghirardelli, the Chairman of the Board.
The company will reduce the number of directors from seven to six and change the seat of Mr. Viorel, a Class III Director, to a Class II seat up for election in 2017.
