HOULIHAN LOKEY EXPANDS ITS EUROPEAN CORPORATE FINANCE PLATFORM WITH NEW HIRE


NEW YORK, May 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that Patrick Schoennagel has joined the firm as a Director in its Capital Markets Group. He is based in London and will focus primarily on assisting both independent and sponsor-backed corporates in the United Kingdom and continental Europe to raise capital, in addition to working closely with the firm's US-based Capital Markets team on cross-border financings.

Mr. Schoennagel joins after nearly a decade at GE Capital, where he served in a number of roles, most recently as a Senior Vice President in its Corporate Finance Group. He has extensive experience in asset-based, leveraged loan and restructuring finance origination and credit underwriting for middle-market and large-cap corporates in an array of different industries.
