On 8 May 2015 we received the following notifications of voting rights
pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act):

1. BlackRock, Inc.

BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. has informed us according to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that by disposal of shares
to which voting rights are attached its voting rights in Bayerische Motoren
Werke Aktiengesellschaft, München, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of voting rights on 6 May 2015 and on that day amounted to 2.96%
(this corresponds to 17,819,095 voting rights).

-  1.36% of voting rights (this corresponds to 8,170,257 voting rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
-  1.78% of voting rights (this corresponds to 10,743,114 voting rights)
are attributed to the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

Please note that the total amount stated above does not necessarily equal
the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting
rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.

2. BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. has informed us according
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that by disposal of
shares to which voting rights are attached its voting rights in Bayerische
Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft, München, Germany, have fallen below the
3% threshold of voting rights on 6 May 2015 and on that day amounted to
2.90% (this corresponds to 17,431,475 voting rights).

-  1.36% of voting rights (this corresponds to 8,170,257 voting rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
-  1.72% of voting rights (this corresponds to 10,355,494 voting rights)
are attributed to the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. has informed
us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
by disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached its voting rights
in Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft, München, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of voting rights on 6 May 2015 and on that
day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to 17,431,475 voting rights).

-  1.36% of voting rights (this corresponds to 8,170,257 voting rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
-  0.01% of voting rights (this corresponds to 58,215 voting rights) are
