Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. Announces Pricing of $350 Million Senior Notes


TULSA, Okla., May 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. (NYSE:RRMS) today announced the pricing of its previously announced senior unsecured notes due 2023 (the Notes). The offering was increased to $350 million in aggregate principal amount from $300 million. The notes mature on November 15, 2023, will pay interest at a rate of 5.625% per year and were priced at 98.345% of par to yield 5.875%.  Rose Rock anticipates that consummation of the offering will occur on May 14, 2015, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, and intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts borrowed under Rose Rock's revolving credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
