Linas Agro Group AB In consideration of the remarks provided by Lithuanian
Securities Commission regarding AB Linas Agro Group Interim Information for the
six month period ended 31 December 2009, the Company prepared an Addition to
the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements, prepared in accordance to
International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union
Report, for the six months period ended 31 December 2009, i.e. Consolidated
statements of changes in equity as of 31 December, 2009 with comparative
information as of 31 December, 2008 and Company statements of changes in equity
as of 31 December, 2009. Responsible persons of the Company confirmed AB Linas
Agro Group Addition to the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the
