Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ROY
Ceramics SE, Munich, Germany, at the time of admission of the shares of ROY
Ceramics SE to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange for the first time on April 29, 2015 amounted to 64,77 % (this
corresponds to 8492000 Voting Rights).
