Acquisition Expands Post-Acute Presence to Central and Northern Regions of State


NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., May 14, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IPC Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq:IPCM), a leading national acute hospitalist and post-acute provider organization, announced today that it has acquired Accountability Healthcare, a post-acute care practice group headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.

Accountability Healthcare's clinicians have extensive experience in caring for local seniors who need long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living and congregated living facilities, as well as for those seniors living at home.
