AB Kauno Energija has received a notification from Kaunas city municipality administration, informing that members of AB Kauno Energija Supervisory Board Andrius Kupčinskas and Gediminas Žukauskas asked for resignation from the Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija on the 7th of May, 2015 and on the 8th of May, 2015 respectively, considering Chapter 11 of Article 31 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania.
