Regarding results of subscription to the shares of a new issue to 8 May 2015
AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” informs, that during period of subscription to the shares of new issue from 9 April 2015 until 8 May 2015 the shareholders have subscribed and paid up 1227664 shares of new issue, accordingly shareholders of AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” have not subscribed 202336 shares of new issue. According to the terms and conditions for increase of share capital the Board of AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” has sent invitation to those shareholders who used pre-emptive right to acquire the new issue shares, determining application date until 18 May 2015. AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” will inform about final results of subscription to the shares of new issue upon expiry of this term.
