VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coalspur Mines Limited ("Coalspur" or "Company") (ASX:CPL) (TSX:CPT) advises that Ms Xenia Kritsos has resigned as joint Company Secretary of Coalspur effective 15 May 2015. Ms Kritsos has also resigned as General Counsel of the Company and the board wishes to thank her for her contribution to the Company since her appointment.
Mr Simon Robertson will remain as Coalspur's sole Company Secretary.
