Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of May 15, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 2,228,109 shares with a transaction value of DKK 709.6 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
