On 18 May 2015 the Bank of Lithuania approved the circular of the tender offer submitted by Company group „ALITA“, AB with the intent to buy up the remaining 577 659 ordinary registered shares of AB “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS” (ISIN code: LT0000112773) at the price of EUR 0,220 (twenty two Euro cents) per share.
