Following the resolution of the the Supervisory Service of the Bank of Lithuania dated 18 May 2015 Šiaulių Bankas is allowed to register an amendment of item 3.5. of the Bank's Charter related to increase of the Bank's authorized capital up to EUR 85,033,800 from the Bank's funds as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 March 2015.
