Mitts to its Board of Directors effective May 17, 2015. Mr. Mitts is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation (NYSE:IEX), a diversified engineered products company specializing in fluid and metering technologies, dispensing equipment, and fire and safety equipment to a wide range of industries throughout the world.

He went to PerkinElmer after five years at Honeywell where he gained world-class training in financial planning and analysis, progressing through various managerial roles including Director of Finance. Mr. Mitts earned an M.B.A. from Penn State University and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Including Mr. Mitts, Columbus McKinnon's Board of Directors is now composed of nine members, eight of which are independent directors. Mr. Mitts will serve on the Audit Committee and Governance Committee. He will stand for ratification at the Company's annual shareholder meeting on July 27, 2015.
