ROCK HILL, S.C., May 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) announced today it has entered into a reseller agreement with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE:TMO), a leader in science research, technology and healthcare solutions for laboratories, and science and technology education.

Under the new agreement, Thermo Fisher Scientific will immediately begin to offer 3DS' popular line of Cube® and CubePro® 3D printers, SenseTM 3D scanners, TouchTM haptic stylus and education-friendly CAD software. The combination of products provides a comprehensive educational solution for educators new to 3D design and printing as well as advanced programs from K-12 to university level.
