Santa Fe Group A/S (formerly EAC) has decided to change the presentation currency from DKK to EUR, matching both the internal financial reporting and performance management, as well as the external presentation of the Group’s financials to customers, suppliers and other external stakeholders. EUR is also the single largest functional currency used within the Santa Fe business today.
The presentation currency has been changed with effect from 1 January 2015 and results are presented in Euro in the interim report for Q1 2015, which will be published on Thursday 21 May 2015. All comparatives have been translated into EUR accordingly for the financial period ending 31 March 2014 and 31 December 2014. To assist shareholders during the transition period a highlight table in DKK will also be presented in the interim reports during 2015.
Santa Fe Group will hold a conference call the same day at 11:00 (CET), during which Group CEO Martin Thaysen and Group Finance Director Jesper Dahlsgaard will present the results and expectations and reply to questions. Newly appointed Group CFO Christian Moller Laursen also attends the conference.
