New union representatives to the Eltel board

Eltel AB held on Tuesday 19 May 2015 its first Annual General Meeting as a
listed company.

It was also communicated from the Eltel’s unions that they had two elected Board
members and deputies.
Jonny Andersson, Chairman of SEKO Tele at Eltel and Björn Ekblom, Chairman of
Unionen at Eltel were elected as ordinary board members. Their deputies will be
Krister Andersson, Project Manager (SACO) and Ninni Stylin, Partner Coordinator
(Unionen).
