Mr. Morgan has spent the last two years as a Managing Director at Signal Hill providing advisory services to technology companies.

Before joining Signal Hill, Mr. Morgan worked for Montgomery & Co. and JPMorgan, both in their technology investment banking practices. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
