AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” informs, that on 21.05.2015. has received notifications from Helēna Livšica and SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” about acquisition of significant participation.
According to the attached notifications, the following changes have been made in the ownership of company’s capital:
- SIA “Capital Holding” on 20.05.2015. has obtained a significant direct holding of 95,51 % in AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” capital;
- Helēna Livšica on 20.05.2015. has obtained a significant indirect holding of 95,51 % in AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” capital.
