Flushing Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.16 Per Share


UNIONDALE, N.Y., May 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq:FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per common share, payable on June 26, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2015.
