Bank AG, Wiesbaden, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 15 May 2015
and amounts to 3.002% (1,797,108 shares) on that day.

BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. 445.313
