AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” informs, that all 1430000 registered shares (registered shares which are not put into public circulation and are not be included on the regulated market) of new issue are subscribed and paid up, therefore subscribed and paid up equity capital of AS „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” is 2930200 EUR, formed by 2093000 shares, from which 507000 shares are bearer shares and 1586000 shares are registered shares. Nominal value of each share is 1.40 EUR.
The amendments in share capital and the Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on May 21, 2015.
