Den 10 februari 2015 observationsnoterades aktierna i Axis AB på grund av att Canon Inc. samma dag offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Axis AB. Den 8 maj 2015 offentliggjorde Canon Inc. ett pressmeddelande med information om utfallet i det offentliga uppköpserbjudandet.
Med anledning av ovanstående har NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB beslutat att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Axis AB (AXIS, ISIN-kod SE0000672354, orderboks-ID 5150) ska tas bort fr.o.m. i dag den 25 maj 2015.
On February 10, 2015, the shares in Axis AB were given observation status due to a press release published the same day by Canon Inc. with information about a public offer to the shareholders in Axis AB. On May 8, 2015, Canon Inc. published a press release with information about the outcome of the offer.
With reference to the above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Axis AB (AXIS, ISIN code SE0000672354, order book ID 5150) shall be removed with effect as of today, May 25, 2014.
