FirstFarms A/S and DCH International A/S has been negotiating, that FirstFarms should take over operation of land and delivery of slurry, cf. FirstFarms' company announcement no. 7/2015 from 14 April 2015.
After a closer review of the foundation, FirstFarms has found that the average field size is less than originally anticipated. Consequently, FirstFarms considers that it is not possible to achieve adequate synergy and thus create satisfactory profit by taking over the operation of the land and the delivery of slurry from DCH International.
On this basis, the negotiations with DCH International have been discontinued.
FirstFarms maintains the expectations about an EBIT-result of DKK 6-11 million in 2015.
