Listing prospectus for Sponda Plc's EUR 175 million bond approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority
On 12 May 2015, Sponda Plc (Sponda) announced an issue of a EUR 175 million five-year senior unsecured bond. The five-year bond matures on 20 May 2020 and carries fixed annual coupon at the rate of 2.375 per cent.
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the prospectus prepared for the listing of the bond. The listing prospectus is available in English on Sponda's Internet pages at www.sponda.com > Investors > Financing, as of Thursday 28 May 2015.
On 22 May 2015, Sponda has submitted an application to NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd for the admission of the bond to public trading. The bond is expected to be admitted to public trading on or about 29 May 2015.
