Appendix 14 of the Clearing Rules of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets - Collateral List, has been updated to reflect the announced phase-out plan of Bank Guarantees and that new Bank Guarantees will not be accepted as collateral after September 1, 2015. The changes are made under the General Condition’s section k) and Collateral Types section 6.).
