Fabasoft Swiss AG has participated in the tender procedure of the Swiss
Federal Chancellery for the service contract (1432) 104 WTO GEVER. The
principal announced on May 27th, 2015 that Fabasoft would not be awarded
the bid.  Fabasoft has the right to appeal to the Federal Administrative
Court against this contract award decision. After having obtained
consultation, Fabasoft will file such appeal with the Federal
Administrative Court. Whether and what impact this decision by the
principal will have on Fabasoft AG's Swiss business initially depends on
the outcome of review proceedings of this tendering award. Furthermore, it
should be noted that in accordance with the tender conditions, the project
implementation from the contract award is still subject to the obtaining of
financing. According to an announcement by the Federal Chancellery, the
decision about the financing of the project will not be made until after
the summer of 2015. Finally, it should be noted that according to the
schedule currently being pursued by the principal, the introduction of the
new GEVER products is not expected to be completed until 2018.
