eQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) acquires K-citymarket and K-rauta properties in Hämeenlinna from a Nordic Real Estate Partners managed fund. The deal value is approximately 48 million euros. These hypermarket, building and interior decoration properties are located in the Tiiriö commercial zone in The City of Hämeenlinna and consist of approximately 30,000 square meters of gross leasable area.

Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) invests in Finnish commercial real estate properties. The fund is open for new investors quarterly and semi-annually for redemptions. The fund aims for a 6% annual distribution and 8-10% total annual return.
