Based on the voting results from the Annual Meeting, consistent with the recommendations of the Board of Directors, stockholders approved all proposals as follows:
- The re-election of Andrew Marsh, Gary K. Willis and Maureen O. Helmer as Class I Directors;
- The ratification of KMPG LLP as the Company's independent auditors for 2015.
