Publication of the Base Prospectus of the Second Programme for the Issuance of Notes of Latvenergo AS


Riga, 2015-05-28 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 27 May this year the Financial and Capital Market Commission of the Republic of Latvia has registered the Base Prospectus of the Second programme for the issuance of notes of Latvenergo AS and has decided on permitting Latvenergo AS to make a public offer.

The total amount of the programme in nominal value is 100 million euro. Several tranches may be issued under the programme for the issuance of notes and initial final terms of each separate tranche, including the date of issue, amount, maturity date, will be established shortly before the issue, evaluating the interest of investors and the market situation.

The notes will be offered to institutional investors and retail investors.
