Great Plains Communications affiliate company, AllCom Global Services, acquires Facilities Infrastructure Division of ADAR Incorporated


BLAIR, Neb., May 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great Plains Communications is pleased to announce that their affiliate company, AllCom Global Services, a provider of technology infrastructure solutions to the Federal Market, has purchased the Facilities Infrastructure Division of ADAR Incorporated.

With the close of this acquisition, AllCom Global will offer customers a comprehensive portfolio of infrastructure products and services including the full-line of software and hardware products from Liebert, Avocent, and Emerson Network Power.
