TLG IMMOBILIEN lets 1,300 square metres of office space on Berlin's
Alexanderplatz
- Akelius leases 1,300 square metres at AlexanderstraÃe 3
- Five-year lease commences in August 2015
Berlin, 29 May 2015 - In addition to its current location on Leipziger
Platz, Akelius GmbH will also lease approximately 1,300 square metres of
office space at AlexanderstraÃe 3, located directly on Berlin's
Alexanderplatz, beginning in August 2015. The agreement was signed last
week and the space will be remodelled prior to the move-in date. A lease
term of five years for the space on the fifth storey was agreed with
Akelius. Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the agreement.
The property at AlexanderstraÃe 1-3-5 is part of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG's
portfolio and, with a total of approx. 43,500 square metres of lettable
space, is the Company's largest property in terms of size. The vacancy rate
is reduced by 3% on account of this newest lease.
The majority of TLG IMMOBILIEN's office property portfolio is located in
Berlin. Additional office property portfolios are located mainly in
regional economic centres such as Dresden, Leipzig and Rostock. Tenants for
the Company's office properties are primarily economically strong private
companies and publicly owned entities.
