NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on May 29, 2015 to change the reason due to which the observation status is applied to AS “Grobiņa” (GRZ1R, ISIN code: LV0000100527).
The reason due to which the observation status was applied as of March 19, 2015 in accordance with NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 9 has ceased to exist. The company has submitted announcement that it has completed liabilities restructuring process.
Simultaneously NASDAQ OMX Riga informs that observation status as of May 29, 2015 is applied only in accordance with NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5, as AS "Grobiņa" has not published annual audited report for year 2014.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
