The Bonds are subject to new Legislation, with the Danish Parliament’s adoption
of amendments to the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc
Act and the Danish Financial Business Act regarding regulation of refinancing
risk for covered mortgage bonds etc on 11 March 2014.
