JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra informs that due to the nomination for election to the Supervisory Board, Andris Oskars Brutāns voluntarily resigns at May 29, 2015 as Chairman of the Management Board and as a member of the Management Board and is elected as a member of the Supervisory Board.
With the purpose to elect all the Management Board members of JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra with equal term of office, the JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra Supervisory Board decided on May 29, 2015 to revoke and elect a new Management Board of JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra. As members of the Management Board are elected: Andre Heinz Schwiontek, Stefan Jugel, Dainis Šēnbergs and Hans-Joachim Häusler. On the Management Board newly elected is Doloresa Volkopa, born in 1977, working as HR manager at JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra since 2011, also responsible for personnel and efficiency processes of the Company. Previously in 2003 worked within the sales team of JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra and from 2004 assisted the Vice-President. The term of office for the newly-elected member of the Management Board begins with the value date May 29, 2015. The new Management Board member does not own shares of the JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra.
The term of office of the newly elected Management Board members begins on May 29, 2015.
The Supervisory Board elected Andre Heinz Schwiontek as the Chairman of the Management Board and Dainis Šēnbergs as the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board.
