Pricer increases the number of outstanding shares

In May, Pricer has decreased the number of Treasury shares with 2 759 class B
shares due to the fulfillment of obligations under the share savings programs
launched in 2013 and 2014. As of May 29th, Pricer owns 1,075,903 class B shares.
The number of outstanding shares was thus 109,895,878.
