On May 21, 2015 Joint stock company “Latvijas balzams” has taken the decision on reorganization by way of merger (joining) where the limited liability company “Daugavgrivas 7” (URN40003667306, legal address: 7-7 Daugavgrivas street, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia) will be joined to the acquiring company - joint stock company “Latvijas balzams” (URN40003031873, legal address:160 A.Caka street, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia).
The creditors of the Joint stock company “Latvijas balzams”, whose claims’ securing might be affected by this reorganization, are invited to submit their claims’ securing requests within one month from this announcement by sending a registered mail and copies of documents confirming the claims to the legal address of the Joint stock company “Latvijas balzams”.
