Disclosure of change in shareholdings pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act
It has come to the knowledge of the Bank of Åland Plc (Ålandsbanken Abp) that the number of shares held by Anders Wiklöf and by him controlled companies in the Bank of Åland Plc as of June 1st, 2015 has fallen below the 20 percent threshold. The percentage of the shareholding and the percentage of the voting power have decreased due to the Bank of Åland Plc’s issuance of 762,912 new shares in series B of June 1st 2015. The number of shares held by Anders Wiklöf and by him controlled companies remains unchanged but the shareholding has decreased to 19.01 percent.
