Latvenergo AS publishes Final Terms dated 1 June 2015 relating to the issue of EUR 50,000,000 Notes due 10 June 2022. Latvenergo AS may increase or decrease the aggeragete principal amount of the Tranche during the placement period. The Notes are issued under the Second Programme for the Issuance of Notes in the amount of EUR 100,000,000. Proceeds from Notes will be used for financing and refinancing of Eligible Projects in accordance with Green Bond Framework.
Final Terms of Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus of the Second Programme for the issuance of the Notes of Latvenergo AS dated 25 May 2015.
