New Survey Finds Majority of Employees Likely to Share Costs of Financial Wellness Programs According to Four Seasons Financial Education

2015 Financial Wellness Survey finds 59% of employees are likely to share in some cost of an employer's financial wellness program.

ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Four Seasons Financial Education (FSFE), a provider of corporate financial wellness programs for employees, recently released the findings of their 2015 Financial Wellness Survey. Among these findings, when employees were asked how likely they were to share some cost of an employer-sponsored financial wellness program, 59% responded "likely." 26% of employees responded "possibly," with only 15% responding "unlikely."

"This year's survey shows the industry that employees care enough about this to consider sharing in costs with their employers," said FSFE president, Travis Freeman. "This is a wake-up call for those wellness providers that haven't begun incorporating financial wellness in their programs."

The survey also found that 83% of employees would meet with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) if made available by their employers. Only 42% of employees cited meeting with a CFP in their lifetimes. The full Financial Wellness Survey is available for free at http://www.FSFE.com.
