OMA Engages UBS as Market Maker for Shares Listed in Mexico


MONTERREY, Mexico, June 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (Nasdaq:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), announces that it has engaged UBS Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., UBS Grupo Financiero as a market maker for its shares.

UBS, in its role as market maker, will trade OMA Series B shares listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange in order to promote liquidity, set reference prices, and contribute to the stability of the same, in accordance with applicable laws and norms.

By incorporating the market maker program, along with the share purchase fund authorized by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, OMA reaffirms its commitment to investors to promote the trading volume and liquidity of its shares.

The contract is in effect from June 2 through December 31, 2016, and is renewable with the agreement of the parties.
