Current member of the Executive Board of JSC “Rietumu Banka” Dmitrijs Pyshkin submitted to the Bank`s Council notice on leaving of the position of the Member of the Executive Board in accordance with clause three of article 306 of the Commercial law. On May 26, 2015 Bank`s Council take into account notice from D.Pyshkin.
Dismissing of D.Pyshkin from the position of the member of the Executive Board of JSC “Rietumu Banka” was registered in Commercial Register in accordance with the decision of the state notary of the Register of Enterprises from May 28, 2015, No.6-12/95728.
